YOUTH CENTER
The Mountainside Youth Center is a space for our community to gather. Home our children's programs, youth and adult sports, and public events, the Youth Center is here to bring people together as they play, celebrate, and share life.
Fitness Room
We are excited to offer the Mountainside Youth Center Fitness Room as a workout space available to residents of Schroon Lake and the surrounding area.
Fitness Room Equipment Includes:
- Treadmill
- Elliptical (2)
- Recumbent Stationary Bike (2)
- Wide variety of Weight Machines/Free Weights
Digital key-card allows convenient, personalized access during operating hours.
Fitness Room Hours:
Sunday : 1-4pm; 8-11pm
Monday: 6am-11pm
Tuesday: 6-8am; 3-11pm
Wed - Sat: 6am-11pm

* Fitness Room Users must be 12+; anyone under 18 must be accompanied by an adult.
* Fitness Room Users must complete the Fitness Room Agreement
* Effective January 2026, all memberships must be renewed annually at a fee of $20 each year.
